For too long, the divine feminine within us has been silenced, intuition, softness, rest, and deep knowing pushed aside. But your soul remembers. And your body does too.

Here, you are invited to bring body and soul back into union. To live from embodiment, where truth is felt, not forced. You begin making choices from this inner alignment. You speak what’s true, even when it trembles. You remember why you are here and allow your soul’s frequency to land fully in your body. So you can live, create, and serve from wholeness.
I am Selma
I am a guide, priestess, somatic practitioner and space holder for those ready to journey inward.
Born into a world of hard work and striving, I was initiated into a softer, wiser path. One where the body is sacred, the soul speaks through sensation, and the Divine Mother holds us in unconditional love.
With Mother Mary as my guide, I learned to honor my sensitivity, regulate my nervous system, and heal the deep wounds of the suppressed feminine.
Now, I walk beside you. inviting you to slow down, listen deeply, and remember who you truly are. To let your soul’s frequency fully land in your body, and to live as the embodiment of your own sacred truth.
